Baking soda and grapefruit or lemon
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- Lemon or grapefruit juice.
How to prepare it: add the baking soda into the water and mix it well until it is dissolved. Then, add the lemon/grapefruit juice and consume it in the morning after you wake up. In 20 minutes you can consume your breakfast.
